Affiliate Groups

NOA does not host affiliate groups at our meeting and we kindly request that no competing meetings or event occur at a time that conflicts with our events. Groups are welcome to schedule meetings prior to or after the Fall Summit on their own.

Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment Policy

The Nursing Organizations Alliance (NOA) has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment; we require all attends to read and agree to our Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment Policy during registration.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of registration or exhibit space must be submitted in writing to the Nursing Organizations Alliance Headquarters. Cancellations received on or before September 21, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee.  Cancellations after September 21, 2024 will not receive a refund.

Dress Code

The attire for the Fall Summit is business casual. Please note that meeting rooms may be cool, so layering is recommended. Also, some events will be held at venues other than the hotel, which may require you to walk outside.

Note: exhibitors are encouraged to attend and network at the Saturday off site event from 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Ground Transportation

Please note that the Rochester CVB is generously providing complimentary ground transportation for all attendees between the Rochester International Airport or the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport to the Hilton Rochester.
